Faxon machines these barrels start to finish at their facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, using certified 4150 CMV steel and traditional button rifling. Every barrel gets fully stress relieved to keep your point of impact consistent, then finished in black nitride inside and out for solid wear and corrosion resistance. They also cap it off with an 11-degree target crown for clean, consistent gas release at the muzzle. Each one is air-gauge tested, magnetic particle inspected, and individually headspace checked before it ships.
