Instead of the raked-back geometry you get on a standard AR grip, this one sits at a true zero degrees vertical, which puts your wrist in a straighter, more relaxed position. No, this grip does not include a plug. ERGO sells the TDX-0 plug separately if you want to seal off the bottom of the grip for storage or a cleaner look. The grip works fine without one either way.
