The Energetic Armament EA22 is a direct thread adapter that lets you run any suppressor with industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB threads on a 1/2×28 barrel. No proprietary muzzle devices, no extra parts to keep track of, just clean threads on both ends and a secure fit. It was built with the Energetic VOX in mind, but since the 1.375×24 pattern has become the common language of the suppressor world, it plays nice with a long list of cans including the SilencerCo Omega 300, Hybrid, and Harvester 338, the Dead Air Nomad-30, and plenty of others running HUB-compatible mounts.
Energetic machines this adapter from US-sourced Grade 5 titanium, which is the right call for a part that lives at the muzzle. Titanium shrugs off heat and corrosion while keeping weight to a minimum, and at 1.4 ounces the EA22 adds next to nothing to the end of your barrel. That matters more than people think, since extra weight out front changes how a rifle balances and can even shift your point of impact. The 1/2×28 thread pitch is the standard for most .22 LR barrels, 5.56/.223 rifles, and 9mm hosts. Direct thread mounting like this works best on fixed-barrel guns such as bolt actions, rimfire rifles, and carbines where you plan to leave the can mounted for a full range session. It is a great fit anywhere you value simplicity and concentricity over quick-detach speed.
Weight and durability. The Grade 5 titanium EA22 comes in at just 1.4 ounces, so it barely changes your rifle's balance, and titanium handles muzzle heat and corrosion extremely well. It is the same reason many premium suppressor tubes are made from titanium in the first place.
