Most centerfire rifle cans these days ship with a .30 caliber bore so one suppressor can cover multiple rifles. That is great for flexibility, but if your Energetic Armament Vox lives on a 5.56 rifle, you are leaving performance on the table with all that extra room around the bullet. The EA33 end cap closes that gap. Swap it on and you get a caliber-matched 5.56mm aperture that tightens things up at the muzzle end, which typically means a quieter, better-behaved can on your AR.
Energetic Armament machines the EA33 from American-made 17-4PH stainless steel, a precipitation-hardened alloy that holds up well to the heat and pressure at the front of a suppressor. The black nitride finish adds corrosion resistance and a hard, durable surface that matches the look of the Vox line. At just 0.89 ounces, it adds essentially nothing to the weight of your setup, so there is no penalty for running it. One thing worth noting: this cap has no provision for a wipe, and that is by design, since wipes are not a good match for supersonic 5.56 anyway.
This cap threads onto the Vox S and Vox K series suppressors, and it is the same 5.56 end cap Energetic pairs with their SOB muzzle device. The nose hex takes a 1-1/4 inch wrench, so swapping caps between range sessions is a quick, no-drama job. A dab of anti-seize on the threads before reassembly is smart practice and keeps everything coming apart easily down the road.
If your Vox spends most of its time on a 5.56 gun, this is one of the cheapest, simplest upgrades you can make. It is a small part that does exactly one job, and it does it well. Keep the .30 cal cap in your range bag and you can still move the can to a bigger bore rifle whenever you want.

No, this cap has no provisions for a wipe. That is intentional, since wipes are generally not recommended with supersonic 5.56 ammunition. If wipe capability matters to you, look at Energetic's wipe-compatible front assemblies instead.
The nose hex is 1-1/4 inches, so a standard wrench of that size handles removal and installation. Energetic recommends a light coat of anti-seize on the threads when reassembling. The whole swap takes only a minute or two.
