If you spend time at the range with a Wrangler, you know that the factory ejector rod button is small and cramped. The Samson Bullseye rod fixes that problem with a larger, easier-to-operate design that makes reloading smoother and less frustrating.
This enhanced rod features a circular Bullseye-style button that gives your finger much better surface area and leverage. The bigger button isn't just more comfortable to use during long shooting sessions, it also provides improved mechanical advantage when you're trying to push out stuck or stubborn rimfire casings. The entire rod assembly is machined from stainless steel, so you get durability that will last through thousands of rounds.
The matte stainless finish blends naturally with most Wrangler finishes while providing excellent corrosion resistance. Unlike a polished stainless look, matte finishes hide fingerprints and minor wear better, keeping your gun looking good with minimal maintenance. The material resists rust and holds up to the occasional cleaning without showing every smudge.
This rod is designed for Wrangler and New Model Single-Six revolvers chambered in .22 LR. It fits barrels of 4.62 inches and longer, so check your gun's barrel length before ordering. The new 3.75-inch Wrangler models are not compatible. Installation should be done by someone familiar with revolver work. The Bullseye shape won't interfere with most traditional leather holsters, so you can still carry your gun the way you want.
This Bullseye rod fits Wrangler and New Model Single-Six revolvers with barrel lengths of 4.62 inches or longer. The newer short-barrel 3.75-inch Wranglers are not compatible. Check your barrel length before ordering to be sure it's the right fit for your gun.
The Bullseye has a rounded circular button, while the Crescent has a curved crescent shape. The Bullseye provides a larger, more ergonomic surface for your thumb and gives better leverage during reloading. Many prefer the Bullseye for longer shooting sessions because it reduces hand fatigue.
The Bullseye button won't interfere with most traditional leather holsters since it doesn't add significant bulk to the gun. That said, if you use a very tight-fitting holster, you might need to verify clearance. The larger button is still proportional to the Wrangler's frame.
Installation is straightforward but requires some mechanical skill and care. Samson recommends having a qualified gunsmith handle the installation to ensure proper fit and function. If you're experienced working on firearms, you can do it yourself with the included instructions.
