The Sig P365 earned its spot as one of the most carried pistols out there because it packs real capacity into a genuinely small frame. Pairing it with a bulky holster kind of defeats the purpose, and that is where the DeSantis Slim-Tuk comes in. This is a minimalist inside-the-waistband rig, precision molded from Kydex sheet to hug the P365 with a fit that clicks in place and stays put until you need it. There is no extra material, no padding, no wasted bulk. Just a thin shell that covers the trigger guard and rides quietly against the body.
The standout feature here is the tuck-able 360 C-Clip. Instead of locking you into one carry angle, the clip rotates so you can dial in ride height and cant to match your build, your beltline, and your wardrobe. Appendix, strong side, cross draw, whatever position feels natural, you can set the holster up for it. And because it is tuckable, you can pull a shirt down over the pistol and clip for deeper concealment when the situation calls for a cleaner look. The rugged 1.75 inch nylon clip grabs onto most everyday carry belts without fuss.
A lot of holsters make you pick a side when you order. Not this one. The hardware on the Slim-Tuk reverses with basic tools, so switching from right-hand to left-hand draw takes just a few minutes. That makes it a smart pick for lefties who are tired of limited options, or for households where more than one person carries the same pistol.
Retention is adjustable, so you can run it tight for peace of mind during active days or loosen it up for a smoother, faster draw. The molded Kydex gives you that satisfying snap when the gun seats, and it holds its shape for one-handed reholstering every time. DeSantis builds these in the USA, and at around a quarter pound, you will barely notice it is there. Your P365 deserves a holster that carries as easily as it does.
Yes, and that is one of its best tricks. The holster is molded to be fully ambidextrous, and the clip hardware reverses from one side to the other with basic tools in a few minutes. You get a true left or right hand setup without ordering a separate holster.
This model is molded specifically for the standard Sig P365, and the P365X shares the same grip-to-slide geometry up front so it generally seats fine since the holster is open at the bottom. The longer P365 XL slide will stick out past the end, and pistols with mounted lights or lasers will not fit this shell. DeSantis makes dedicated Slim-Tuk versions for those setups.
Yes. The 360 C-Clip is a tuckable design, which means you can tuck a shirt down between the holster body and the clip so only the small clip shows on your belt. It is a handy option for dressing around the gun when an untucked shirt is not on the menu.
It is. There is a tension screw that lets you tighten or loosen how firmly the Kydex grips the pistol, so you can find the balance between a secure hold and a clean, smooth draw. The rigid shell also keeps its shape, which makes reholstering simple and consistent.
