Finding a quality holster for a light-bearing micro pistol can be a headache. Most Kydex rigs are molded for a bare gun, so the moment you add a Streamlight TLR-6 to your Hellcat, half your holster options are off the table. The DeSantis Slim-Tuk solves that problem. It's molded specifically around the Hellcat OSP with the TLR-6 attached, so the fit is snug, the retention is crisp, and there's no wobble or forcing the gun into a pocket it wasn't shaped for.
The whole point of this holster is staying minimal. It's formed from a single Kydex sheet, keeping bulk down so a small gun like the Hellcat stays small on your beltline. The standout feature is the tuckable 360 C-Clip, which rotates to nearly any angle and lets you dial in cant and ride height however you like. It also lets you tuck a shirt over the gun for deeper concealment, something a lot of budget Kydex holsters simply can't do. The rugged nylon clip handles belts up to 1.75 inches wide and holds tight through a full day of moving around.
Lefties don't get shortchanged here. The hardware reverses easily, so the same holster works for right or left hand carry, and it converts in a few minutes with basic tools. An adjustable tension screw lets you set the draw exactly where you want it, from locked-down secure to smooth and fast, and the open-top design keeps reholstering simple with one hand.
DeSantis has been making carry gear for decades, and the Slim-Tuk reflects that experience. The molding is clean, the hardware is solid, and it's produced right here in the United States. If you run a TLR-6 on your Hellcat and want a no-nonsense IWB setup that hides well and holds up, this one earns its spot in the rotation.
No, this version is molded specifically around the Hellcat with the Streamlight TLR-6 attached, so a bare gun won't get proper retention. DeSantis makes a separate Slim-Tuk model for the Hellcat without a light. Make sure you match the holster to your exact setup.
Yes. The mounting hardware reverses from right to left hand in a few minutes with basic tools, so one holster covers both. That also makes it a nice option for households where two people carry differently.
You can. The tuckable 360 C-Clip rotates to nearly any angle, so you can set it up for appendix, strong side, or a canted draw. Ride height adjusts along with the clip position, and a tension screw lets you fine-tune how firmly the holster grips the pistol.
The Slim-Tuk is an open-top design molded for the Hellcat OSP, so slide-mounted optics generally sit above the holster body and clear without issue. The critical fitment piece is the TLR-6, which must be on the gun for the holster to retain correctly.
