The receiver is machined from 7075 aluminum, the same alloy used in aircraft components, and it wears a clean black anodized finish that holds up to real use. A 20 Inch Barrel Built for Tight Groups

The 20 inch rifled target barrel gives .22 LR ammo plenty of runway, and the 1:16 twist stabilizes standard and high velocity loads without any fuss. The muzzle comes threaded 1/2×28, so adding a suppressor or muzzle device takes about thirty seconds. Derya recommends high velocity ammunition in the 1200 to 1350 fps range for the most consistent cycling, and the blowback action runs happily on the bulk stuff most of us feed our rimfires.

The TM22 Metal Trigger Is the Sleeper Feature

Derya ships this rifle with their flat-faced Trifling Trigger, and the pull weight sits right around 2 pounds. Short take-up, clean break, quick reset. On a rimfire at this level, that kind of trigger is rare, and it makes a noticeable difference when you are stretching shots on steel or squirrel-sized targets. The full-length top rail handles scopes, red dots, or whatever glass you prefer, since the rifle comes without sights and is clearly meant to be optics-driven.
