The thread inserts for the Wolverine come in a bunch of patterns, including M14x1 LH for WASR-10s and most Eastern Bloc pattern AKs, M24x1.5 for AK-74s, M26x1.5 LH for Yugo pistols, plus 1/2×28 and 5/8×24 for standard AR and .308 setups. Each insert takes a different wrench or socket size, but no matter which one you are pulling, the job goes the same way: this tool anchors the suppressor while you do the twisting.
