The taper interface is the heart of the system. This mount works with all Dead Air Xeno Adapters, which opens the door to the Sierra 5, the Nomad and Nomad Ti series, the Primal, the Wolfman and Ghost 45 with the P-Series adapter, and the Wolverine with a HUB adapter. If you run Dead Air cans and want the least mount possible between your barrel and your suppressor, this is the one to grab.
The Xeno Xero is compatible with all Dead Air Xeno Adapters. That covers the Sierra 5, the Nomad and Nomad Ti series with a Xeno adapter, the Primal, the Wolfman and Ghost 45 with the Xeno P-Series adapter, and the Wolverine with a HUB adapter. If your can accepts a Xeno adapter, this mount will run with it.
This version has a through bore sized for .45 caliber and smaller projectiles. That makes it a natural fit for .45 ACP pistol caliber carbines and other large bore hosts with 11/16-24 muzzle threads. Only the 1/2-28 and 9/16-24 versions of the Xero are restricted to 9mm and smaller.
Yes, that repeatability is the whole point of the design. The Xero is the plain mount of the family, with no flash hider tines or brake ports. That makes it the shortest and lightest option in the Xeno lineup at 1.39 ounces for this thread pitch.
