The vented body channels muzzle gas outward the way a conventional brake does, which flattens recoil impulse and helps you stay on target through strings of fire. Since it mounts through the HUB pattern, it plays nice with KeyMo adapters, Xeno adapters, and HUB fixed mounts, so one shroud can move between rifles depending on what you have up front.
