Description

The .300 Blackout cartridge has earned its spot in the AR world, and Diamondback built the DB15 Carbon to take full advantage of it. This one runs a 16-inch 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel with a black nitride finish and a 1:8 twist, which handles everything from light supersonic loads to heavy subsonics without complaint. The pistol-length gas system is the right call for this cartridge, keeping the rifle cycling reliably across a wide range of ammo. Up front you get an A2 flash hider on 5/8×24 threads, so swapping to a muzzle brake or spinning on a suppressor is quick work.

A DB15 That Doesn't Look Like Every Other Black Rifle

The ODG Cerakote and black two-tone treatment gives this DB15 some real character, and the B5 Systems Multicam furniture drives it home. You get a B5 Bravo stock, matching pistol grip, and a vertical foregrip, all wrapped in that Multicam pattern. It photographs well, sure, but B5 furniture is solid gear in its own right with a comfortable cheek weld and positive lockup. The 15-inch aluminum M-LOK handguard leaves plenty of room for lights, sling mounts, and hand stops wherever you want them.

DB15 .300 BLK Build Quality Where It Counts

Underneath the finish, this is a properly built AR. The upper is forged 7075 T-6 aluminum, the safety is a standard 2-position thumb selector, and the whole rifle comes in around 6.2 pounds unloaded, so it carries easy whether you're walking to the bench or into the deer woods. The flat top receiver ships without sights, giving you a clean slate for a red dot or LPVO. A 30-round Magpul PMAG comes in the box, and Diamondback backs their rifles with American manufacturing out of Cocoa, Florida.
