Description
Diamondback spent years building rifles and pistols in Cocoa, Florida before deciding to take a swing at the suppressor market, and the Ventra series is the result. The DBS-30i sits at the top of that lineup, a .30 caliber can with a .300 RUM rating and full-auto clearance. That kind of headroom means the everyday cartridges like .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .300 Blackout, and .300 Win Mag are well inside its comfort zone, so one can covers your whole safe from the trainer to the magnum hunting rig.
Inconel 718 Where It Counts
The core of the DBS-30i is 3D-printed Inconel 718, the same nickel superalloy the aerospace world leans on when parts have to survive serious heat. It resists the creep, warping, and fatigue that shorten the life of lesser cans under sustained strings of fire. The fused endcap is 17-4 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and added flash control, and the whole thing wears a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish that handles field abuse without complaint. At 6.13 inches and 16 ounces without the mount, it adds less bulk than you'd expect from a can with a magnum rating, so a bolt gun still carries well and a gas gun still swings naturally.
Less Gas in Your Face with the DBS-30i
Diamondback's Pressure Venting Technology routes expanding gases forward and away from you instead of dumping them back through the action. On a semi-auto that means noticeably less blowback at the charging handle, a smoother recoil impulse, more consistent cycling across different ammo, and less carbon buildup between cleanings. The baffle stack is tuned for even, balanced suppression with a controlled flash signature, so the tone stays consistent shot to shot.
Mounting the Ventra DBS-30i
This one ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread mount, which covers the vast majority of .30 caliber muzzles right out of the box. Since the can is HUB compatible, you can also swap in just about any industry-standard mounting system down the road if you'd rather run a quick-detach setup or match it to muzzle devices you already own. Made in the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions
What calibers can I shoot through the Ventra DBS-30i?
The DBS-30i is rated up to .300 Remington Ultra Magnum, which is about as stout as .30 caliber cartridges get. That rating comfortably covers .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .300 Blackout, .300 Win Mag, and smaller bore cartridges like 5.56 as well. If it fits through a .30 caliber bore and runs at or below .300 RUM pressures, this can will handle it.
Is the DBS-30i HUB compatible?
Yes, it uses the industry-standard HUB mounting pattern. It ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread mount, but you can swap in most HUB-pattern mounts from other manufacturers if you prefer a quick-detach system or already run a particular muzzle device setup across your rifles.
Will the Ventra DBS-30i cause a lot of gas blowback on my semi-auto?
This is one of the DBS-30i's strong points. Diamondback's Pressure Venting Technology is a low backpressure design that routes gases away from the shooter rather than back through the action. That means less gas in your face, a smoother recoil impulse, more consistent cycling, and less carbon fouling in your rifle between cleanings.
Can the DBS-30i handle full-auto fire?
It's fully rated for full-auto use. The 3D-printed Inconel 718 core resists the heat, creep, and fatigue that hard use puts on a suppressor, and the 17-4 stainless endcap adds corrosion resistance and long service life. It was built with sustained fire in mind, so semi-auto range days won't come close to stressing it.
