It is a break-action single shot with a 20-inch fluted stainless steel barrel, and the TD in the name stands for Take-Down. This model ships without iron sights, but the receiver has an integrated 0 MOA Picatinny rail, so you're ready to mount a scope or red dot with standard rings. Most owners top it with a compact 3-9x hunting scope and call it done. If you want a package with glass included, CVA sells XP versions separately.
The rifle disassembles into two main pieces without any tools, which makes it easy to stash in a pack, a boat, or behind the seat of the truck.
