Yes. The 11.5 inch barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and ships with a thread protector installed. That is the most common thread pitch for .223 and .30 caliber suppressors and muzzle devices, so most cans will spin right on without adapters.
It does not include iron sights or an optic, but it comes with a Picatinny rail installed from the factory. That rail accepts red dots, pistol scopes, and standard rings, so you can set it up however suits your use. Most owners run either a compact red dot or a low power scope on these.
