CVA Cascade XT .243 Win 22″ Fluted Bolt-Action Rifle OD Green 4+1

Description

The standard Cascade already built a reputation as a lot of rifle for the money, and the XT is what happens when CVA leans into the precision side of things. The centerpiece is the 22 inch #5 taper fluted barrel in 4140 carbon steel, finished in Graphite Black Cerakote. That extra contour adds weight right where you want it, so the rifle settles nicely on a rest or over a pack and doesn't walk around as the barrel warms up. The fluting trims some of that heft back off, keeping the whole package practical to carry into the field. With a 1:10 twist and a 5/8×24 threaded muzzle wearing CVA's radial brake, it's set up from the factory for comfortable range sessions, and the brake spins off easily if you'd rather run a suppressor.

Cascade XT Details That Matter in the Field

CVA didn't stop at the barrel. The oversized tactical-style bolt knob gives you real leverage for fast follow-ups, even with cold fingers or gloves on, and the 70 degree bolt throw keeps your knuckles clear of the scope. The trigger is user adjustable from roughly two to four pounds, so you can dial it to a clean, predictable break. A 20 MOA Picatinny rail comes installed, meaning all you need is rings and glass to get started. Feeding comes from a detachable 4 round box magazine, and dual front swivel studs let you run a sling and bipod at the same time.

A .243 Cascade XT Built for Real Hunting

The fiberglass-reinforced synthetic stock wears an OD Green finish with black webbing and a grippy SoftTouch coating, plus a removable spacer to adjust length of pull. Pair that with the mild recoil of .243 Winchester and this is a rifle that works beautifully for newer hunters and seasoned hands alike, whether the target is whitetail, pronghorn, or a coyote at distance. CVA stands behind every Cascade XT with their MOA guarantee, so you can expect one inch groups at 100 yards with quality ammo. That's real confidence for a working hunting rifle.
