If you've been running Blackhorn 209 or another loose powder through a CVA and fighting slow ignition or a plugged flash-hole, this is the fix. The Blackhorn QR Breech Plug is a factory CVA replacement (part number AC1651BH) designed specifically for loose powder propellants, giving you the consistent spark that dead-on accuracy depends on. It drops right into 2010-and-newer Accura V2, Optima, and Wolf rifles in .50 and .45 caliber.
The design here is what makes the difference. The plug's tapered internal profile gives powder a place to settle right at the flash channel, which promotes a cleaner burn and keeps that channel from clogging up after repeated shots. Guys running heavier Blackhorn loads consistently report shorter lock time and the near-hangfires disappearing, with groups tightening up noticeably once they made the swap.
