The Crimson Trace Laserguard for the Walther PPS M2 is built specifically for this compact carry pistol. It mounts directly to the trigger guard with a slim profile that flows naturally with the lines of the gun, keeping your carry setup clean and functional without adding unnecessary bulk.
This laser uses what Crimson Trace calls Instinctive Activation technology. There's no button to remember or fumble with. When you draw and grip the pistol with a normal shooting grip, the pressure-pad switch on the grip automatically activates the laser. As soon as you release your grip or holster the gun, it shuts off. This means the laser is ready to go the instant you need it.
The 532-nanometer green laser beam is significantly easier to see in bright daylight conditions than red laser alternatives. You'll pick up the dot quickly at the ranges where most concealed carry situations occur. The unit comes pre-sighted at 50 feet and includes all the small tools you need to adjust windage and elevation for your exact point of aim. Installation takes just a few minutes with no gunsmith required.

No, this model is designed exclusively for the PPS M2. The PPS M2 has a different trigger guard design, so the original PPS and updated M2 are not interchangeable. Make sure you have the M2 model before ordering.
The Instinctive Activation system means you simply grip the gun normally and the laser activates automatically through the pressure pad on the trigger guard extension. A secondary master ON/OFF button sits at the front of the unit if you want manual control. When you release your grip or holster the gun, it shuts off to save battery.
The Laserguard adds a small profile to the front of the trigger guard. It will not fit in holsters designed for the bare PPS M2. You'll either need a holster with cutouts for trigger guard lasers or consider a general open-carry holster designed for guns with accessories. Check your holster manufacturer's compatibility before purchasing.
You get about two hours of continuous use per battery. The laser only activates when you grip the gun, so actual battery life is much longer with normal carry use. If the battery dies, you still have your sights to rely on. Crimson Trace includes a battery with the laser and offers free replacement batteries for life with purchase.
