Combat Armory CA19 9mm Pistol, 4″ Barrel, RMR Slide, 10rd (2 Mags)

Description

The Combat Armory CA19 is a Glock 19 style 9mm pistol built for folks who want a reliable shooter and a platform they can tinker with down the road. It carries a 4.02 inch barrel in a compact package with a 7.35 inch overall length, which puts it right in that do-everything size range that works for range days, home defense, or an everyday carry build. The big draw here is the RMR cut slide, so you can drop a red dot on top without sending anything out to a machine shop first.

What Sets the CA19 Apart

This one is cut from the same cloth as a Gen 3 Glock 19, meaning it accepts standard Glock 19 slides, barrels, and internal parts. That compatibility is a huge deal if you like to customize, because the aftermarket for this pattern is about as deep as it gets. The slide is serrated matte black steel with a QPQ finish for corrosion resistance, and it sits on a black polymer frame that has an integrated accessory rail for lights and lasers, plus a Glock style profile that drops into just about any G19 holster you already own.

Grip and Handling on the CA19

The frame uses a glass nylon reinforced polymer with a medium aggressive texture, a high undercut trigger guard, and forward finger landing pads that help you get a high, repeatable grip. Owners of the CA19 platform regularly call out how good it feels in the hand, with some saying they actually prefer the frame ergonomics over a factory Glock 19. It runs a striker fired action with the standard trigger, firing pin, and drop safeties you'd expect from this design.

Straight out of the box it ships with standard fixed sights, two 10-round polymer magazines, and a cable lock. For the price point, it's a solid foundation whether you want to run it as-is or build it into something that fits you perfectly.
