The Combat Armory CA-15 is a complete 5.56 NATO AR pistol that keeps things short, light, and simple. The whole build runs on mil-spec parts, so if you ever want to swap a trigger, add a charging handle, or run different internals, you're working with the same standard every shop in the country already stocks. Both the upper and lower are billet 7075-T6 aluminum finished in Type III hard-coat anodizing, which is the kind of foundation that holds up to real use without babying it.

What the CA-15 Pistol Brings to the Table

The 7.5" barrel is 4140 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Melonite finish inside and out. That treatment fights corrosion and stretches service life well past what you'd get from a plain phosphate barrel. It wears an M4 profile with M4 feed ramps cut into the extension, a pistol-length gas system under a .750 low-profile gas block, and a 1:7 twist that stabilizes everything from light varmint loads up through heavier match bullets. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 and comes wearing an A2 flash hider, so adding a different brake, comp, or suppressor mount is a quick job with no adapter needed.

Handling and Setup on the CA-15

Up top sits a 7" slim free-float M-LOK handguard that keeps the barrel floated for better consistency while giving you clean real estate for a light, hand stop, or sling mount right where your support hand lives. The slim profile means it doesn't bulk up in the grip. Standard mil-spec furniture rounds it out: forward assist, dust cover, mil-spec charging handle, and a pistol buffer tube that's ready for whatever setup you want to hang off the back.
