The LE6933 has been Colt's short and handy workhorse for a long time, and the EPR II PRO is what happens when they finally give it every upgrade people were adding themselves. This HUX version goes a step further with a HUXWRX muzzle device installed at the factory, so it pairs directly with HUXWRX Flow-Through suppressors without hunting down a mount. The 11.5 inch chrome-lined barrel keeps the whole package quick in tight spaces while holding onto enough velocity to keep 5.56 doing its job at realistic distances.
The PRO trim is loaded compared to the standard EPR II. You get a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle, an ambi safety selector and ambi magazine catch, a QD receiver end plate, and steel Magpul MBUS Pro folding sights instead of polymer. Furniture is all Magpul too, with the MOE SL stock, MOE-K2 grip, and an enhanced trigger guard that leaves room for gloved hands. Left-handed users will appreciate that this is one of the more genuinely ambidextrous factory ARs out there.
Underneath the modern furniture, this is still built off Colt's technical data package with certified MIL-SPEC materials, coatings, and finishes. Every bolt, barrel, and barrel extension gets high-pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected before it leaves Hartford, and the bolt carrier group uses Colt's proprietary heat treat for longer service life. The free-float handguard runs a full-length Picatinny top rail with M-LOK slots in seven orientations, anti-rotation tabs, and two steel QD sling sockets. Mount an optic, add a light, thread on a Flow-Through can, and this thing is set up for serious work right out of the box. Colt rifles have a way of holding their value, and factory-built SBRs like this one tend not to sit around long.
The HUX designation means this SBR ships with a HUXWRX muzzle device already installed from the factory. That makes it a direct host for HUXWRX Flow-Through suppressors, so there's no need to buy and time a separate mount. If you're already running a HUXWRX can, this rifle is ready for it the day it comes home.

Colt also high-pressure tests and magnetic particle inspects every barrel, bolt, and barrel extension individually, which is a big part of why their carbines have the duty-grade reputation they do.
It's one of the better factory options out there for lefties. The safety selector and magazine catch are both ambidextrous, and the Radian Raptor charging handle works equally well from either side. Combined with the QD end plate for flexible sling mounting, southpaws can run this rifle without any workarounds.
