The 300 Blackout cartridge was designed from the ground up for short barrels, and the Banshee Mk4 leans into that hard. CMMG gave this one an 8 inch 4140 chrome moly barrel with a salt bath nitride finish and a medium taper profile, which sits right in the sweet spot for the cartridge. Feed it supersonic loads when you want authority, or run subsonics through a can for range sessions that won't rattle your fillings. The muzzle comes threaded 5/8×24 with a Zeroed linear compensator installed, pushing blast forward and keeping the muzzle flat, and the pistol length gas system keeps it cycling across a wide spread of ammo.
