No, the grip is not included with this kit. You'll get the CMC trigger group and all the mil-spec small parts to finish the lower, but you'll want to have a grip ready to complete the build. This is standard for most CMC lower parts kits.
This kit uses the small-pin (.154 inch) configuration, which fits the vast majority of AR-15 lowers on the market. The main exceptions are Colt rifles built between 1991 and late 2009, which typically use large pins. If your lower isn't a Colt from that era, the small pin is what you need.
