The VOID-762 is the .30 caliber workhorse of the lineup, built from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel with a fully welded baffle stack and coated in high-temperature Cerakote. The VOID-762 covers a lot of ground. It handles 5.56 NATO, 7.62×39, 300 Blackout, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, and is rated clear up to .300 Win Mag with appropriate barrel lengths. At 6.1 inches long, 1.625 inches in diameter, and 14.9 ounces, it strikes a nice middle ground where it hushes a magnum bolt gun without turning your AR-10 into a boat anchor. The rear threads are industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB, so it plays nice with just about every quick-detach and direct-thread mount on the market. A 5/8×24 direct thread adapter comes in the box, meaning you can spin it onto most .30 cal muzzles the day your paperwork clears.
Here is the feature that sets this can apart at its position in the market: interchangeable front caps. Run the solid end cap when you want every last decibel of suppression on a bolt gun, or swap to the low back pressure cap on a gassy semi-auto to cut down on blowback in your face and keep the action running cleaner. Yes. The rear threads are the industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB pattern, so it works with the huge ecosystem of HUB mounts already out there, including popular quick-detach systems. A 5/8×24 direct thread adapter also ships in the box, so you are ready to mount up on most .30 cal barrels right away.
You get two front caps: a solid cap for maximum sound suppression and a low back pressure cap that reduces gas blowback. The solid cap is great on bolt guns where quiet is king, while the low back pressure cap keeps semi-autos running cleaner with less gas in your face. Swapping between them takes just a moment.
