It takes the proven Ridgeline action, drops it into a compact 37.5-inch overall package, and hangs a 16-inch carbon fiber wrapped barrel out front. That barrel starts as Christensen's 416R stainless steel, gets hand lapped and button rifled with a match chamber, then wrapped in aerograde carbon fiber so it sheds heat and weight without giving up accuracy. The 1:8 twist stabilizes heavier .223 bullets nicely, which matters if you like shooting 69 to 77 grain match loads.
The Black Nitride coated action wears a skeletonized bolt handle with an oversized tactical knob that runs smooth even with cold or gloved hands. A flat-shoe TriggerTech trigger breaks clean and predictable, and the AICS-compatible detachable magazine feeds from a 10-round drop box with a tactical mag release. Up top you get a 0-MOA optic rail, and the forward-mounted Picatinny section doubles as a barricade stop for shooting off props, packs, or fence rails.
The threaded muzzle comes fitted with a removable three-prong flash hider, so you can spin on a can and turn this into one seriously quiet, quick-pointing bolt gun.
