The 25 Creedmoor has been turning heads for good reason. Take the proven 6.5 Creedmoor case, neck it down to .25 caliber, and you get a flat shooting, soft recoiling round that pushes long, sleek bullets way out there without beating you up. Christensen Arms built this Evoke around it the right way, with a 20 inch 416R stainless steel barrel wearing a 1:7.5 twist that stabilizes the heavy match style bullets this cartridge was designed to shoot. The barrel is free floated with a match chamber, and Christensen backs the whole package with their sub-MOA accuracy guarantee.
The muzzle comes threaded 5/8×24 with an RFR style brake already installed, so you can run it as is, spin on a suppressor, or swap in your favorite muzzle device. The trigger is a TriggerTech adjustable unit, which is a genuinely nice piece of hardware to find at this level, breaking clean with no gritty takeup. Feeding comes from a detachable 4 round magazine, and the receiver accepts standard Remington 700 pattern bases, so mounting glass is simple with hardware you can find anywhere.
The barreled action wears a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish that shrugs off weather, while the Hybrid Hunter synthetic stock is wrapped in Mossy Oak Bottomland camo, a pattern that flat out disappears in hardwoods and brush. It shoots flatter with a bit less recoil while launching high BC bullets that hold velocity well at distance. For deer, antelope, and predators, it hits plenty hard with less kick, making it easier to spot your own impacts.
Yes. The 20 inch barrel is threaded 5/8×24, which is the most common thread pitch for rifle suppressors and muzzle devices. It ships with an RFR-style brake installed, so you can remove that and thread on a can whenever you're ready.
The Evoke's receiver uses the standard Remington 700 footprint, so any Rem 700 pattern bases or rails will bolt right up. That gives you a huge range of mounting options from just about every optics hardware maker. The forend also has a short integrated Picatinny section that works great for a bipod.
