The Chiappa M4-22 Gen II Pro upper is the fast way to get rimfire fun out of the AR platform you already own. It's a complete, ready-to-run upper chambered in .22 LR that takes advantage of standard AR dimensions and geometry, so it clicks onto virtually any mil-spec lower and turns your rifle into a dedicated .22 without a gunsmith or a second gun purchase. That means you keep your trigger, your stock, and your muscle memory while feeding it ammo that costs a fraction of centerfire.
This is the Pro version, and the upgrade over the standard M4 model is the handguard. It wears an 11.8-inch free-float aluminum forend with an 8-position Picatinny rail, giving you plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, grips, or a bipod, plus the accuracy benefit of a barrel that isn't touching the handguard. Underneath is a 16-inch heavy contour steel barrel with a 1:16 twist and a black Parkerized finish, matched to an A3 polymer flat-top receiver that keeps overall weight down around 4 pounds.
The flat-top receiver is optic ready, so you can mount a red dot, an LPVO, or classic irons depending on how you like to run it. It's a great match for backyard plinking, small-game work, new-shooter training, and cheap round count when you just want to burn through a brick without emptying your wallet. Because it mirrors the feel of your centerfire AR, it doubles as a low-recoil, low-cost practice tool that keeps your fundamentals sharp.

It is a complete upper assembly, meaning the barrel, bolt, charging setup, and handguard are all installed and ready to run. Once you mate it to your lower and add an optic or sights, you're set to load up and shoot. Keep in mind the flat-top ships without sights, so plan on adding a red dot, scope, or irons.
The A3 flat-top receiver has a full-length Picatinny rail and is optic ready. That opens the door to red dots, low-power variable scopes, magnified glass, or fold-down backup irons. The extended 11.8-inch rail on the forend also gives you room for lights, lasers, or a bipod.
The Gen II Pro is the upgraded version, and the headline change is the 11.8-inch free-float aluminum forend with an 8-position Picatinny rail. The rest of the package stays the same with a heavy Parkerized barrel, steel bolt, and mil-spec-pattern components. The free-float design helps accuracy since the handguard doesn't put pressure on the barrel.
