The Blue Diamond wears a turquoise anodized frame against a high polished stainless barrel and cylinder, and the contrast turns heads at the counter every time we set one out. The frame is machined from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum, which brings this revolver in around 12 ounces unloaded. That is light enough to drop in a jacket pocket or ride on your hip all day without you thinking about it. At 6.75 inches overall, it hides easily under just about anything. The exposed hammer gives you a true double action and single action trigger, so you can run it fast in double action or cock the hammer for a lighter, crisper press when you have the time. A transfer bar system keeps the firing pin blocked until the trigger is fully pulled.
