Most .30 cal cans try to be everything to everybody. The EOS-30TI from US Palm, distributed through Century Arms, takes the opposite approach. This one was purpose-built for 300 Blackout, and it shows. Instead of a traditional baffle stack, US Palm used additive manufacturing to print an internal structure out of titanium that simply could not be machined the old way. The result is a can that chases maximum suppression on subsonic 300 BLK loads while weighing in around 10.8 ounces, which is featherweight territory for a .30 caliber suppressor.
Anyone who has run a suppressed AR knows the downside: gas blowback in your face and a bolt carrier running harder than it should. The EOS-30TI uses a low back pressure, flow-through design that cuts down on the gas coming back through the receiver. That means a cleaner shooting experience, less crud in your action, and less wear on the host gun over long-term use. It also wears an integrated flash hider up front, so your muzzle signature stays tame even when you feed it supersonic loads.
The EOS-30TI is HUB compatible, so you are not locked into one mounting system. Out of the box it ships with a titanium 5/8×24 direct thread mount, which covers the vast majority of 300 Blackout barrels. Down the road, if you want to swap to a quick-detach setup from another maker, the industry-standard HUB threading makes that a simple change.
Because titanium keeps the weight down, this can is a natural fit for hunting rigs and short-barreled AR builds where balance matters. It works on semi-auto and bolt-action platforms alike, and it comes from the same EOS series US Palm developed with serious hard-use testing behind it. If quiet subsonic 300 BLK is the goal, this is one of the more purpose-driven options out there.
It is a .30 caliber rated can, but it was purpose-built and tuned for 300 Blackout, especially subsonic loads where it really shines. As a titanium suppressor, it is best suited to semi-auto and bolt-action use rather than sustained rapid fire. If you plan to hammer a 7.62 gas gun hard, the Inconel EOS-30 in the same lineup is the better tool for that job.
Yes. The rear of the can uses the industry-standard HUB (1.375×24) interface, so you can swap the included 5/8×24 direct thread mount for a wide range of QD mounting systems from other manufacturers. That flexibility lets it move between rifles as your setup changes.
At roughly 10.8 ounces, it is noticeably lighter than most steel or Inconel .30 caliber cans, which often push a pound or more. The 3D-printed titanium construction is the reason, and it makes a real difference in how a rifle balances and carries, particularly on hunting rigs and short-barreled builds.
