B&T has been building suppressors since 1991, and the Stille 300 shows what happens when that kind of experience meets modern manufacturing. The body is 3D-printed titanium, which keeps the whole can at a very manageable 13.7 ounces across its 8.5 inch length. Where a lot of lightweight titanium cans give up durability to save weight, B&T dropped an Inconel 718 blast insert and blast baffle into the high-stress zone right off the muzzle. That superalloy shrugs off the erosion and heat that chew up lesser baffles, so the service life holds up even if you run it hard. It carries a full-auto rating too, which tells you plenty about the margin built into this thing.
The Stille 300 was designed from the start for bolt-action rifles, where balance, consistency, and serious sound reduction matter most. It is tuned to perform with both supersonic and subsonic loads, which makes it a natural fit for a suppressed .300 Blackout bolt gun, and the multi-caliber rating gives you room to move it between rifles in the safe. Hunters will appreciate how little it changes the handling of a mountain rifle, and precision guys will like the shot-to-shot consistency. It runs just fine on gas-operated rifles as well, so one tax stamp can cover a lot of ground.
The rear of the can uses the industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB interface, so you can run just about any HUB mount on the market, including B&T's own RAID quick-attach system. Out of the box it ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread adapter, which covers most .30 caliber and .300 BLK barrels without buying anything extra. Machined wrench flats make installation and removal quick without hunting for specialty tools. The Type 2 anodized black finish keeps it low-key and durable in the field.
