Yes, the Sentinel serves as the muzzle-end half of the Breek-LOK 3QD system. Your suppressor needs a Breek-LOK 3QD HUB installed to attach to it. Once both pieces are in place, mounting the can is a quick push-and-twist motion with no tools required.
This version is cut for 1/2×28 threads, which is the most common thread pattern on 9mm AR-style pistols and pistol caliber carbines. If your barrel is threaded 1/2×28, you are good to go. Breek also makes a 5/8×24 version of the Sentinel for 9mm barrels with that thread pitch.
It does the job well, and you gain some real advantages in the process. The enclosed cage disperses and redirects gases to cut visible flash and protect your night vision, but without the tuning-fork ring after each shot or exposed tines catching on slings and gear. The closed ring also adds strength to the prongs themselves.
Absolutely. It works as a standalone flash hider whether or not you ever attach a can, so plenty of folks run it bare full time. The nice part is that if you add a Breek-LOK 3QD compatible suppressor later, your mount is already on the gun and timed.
