Yes, the 8 inch by 1.6 inch size matches Burn Proof Gear's fit chart for the Hybrid 46M with the mount exposed and the flat end cap covered. The Hybrid 46M measures about 1.57 inches in diameter, so the 1.6 inch cover cinches down snug without being a fight to install. If you run the 46M in its short configuration, you will want a shorter cover instead.
It does, as long as the Wolfman is set up in its long configuration. In short configuration the Wolfman is considerably shorter, so this 8 inch cover would hang well past the end cap. Measure your setup before ordering and you will get the right fit the first time.
The FDE Kevlar outer shell is rated to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, which works out to roughly 180 rounds of M855 in hard strings of fire.
