Yes. The Stache is designed with a low body cut that accommodates most popular red dot sights mounted on the P365. You won't need to modify the holster. If you decide to add other accessories later, the holster is compatible with a range of Stache IWB upgrades sold separately.
The Stache uses friction-adjustable passive retention with tension screws you access from inside the holster. Turn the screws to increase or decrease how tight the P365 sits in the holster until you find the feel you prefer. Tighter retention means a slower draw but more security, while looser retention gives you a faster draw.
Yes. The mounting points for the belt clip are on both sides of the holster so you can configure it for right-hand or left-hand carry. You don't need a separate holster if you switch hands. Additional accessories sold separately also mount on both sides.
Yes. The base holster is designed to work with various Stache IWB accessories. Magazine carriers, concealment claws, and other add-ons can be attached to your base holster, allowing you to expand the system as your carry needs change.
