The Birchwood Casey 12" Shoot-N-C Bullseye Target Dispenser takes the guesswork out of reading your groups. Each target uses a flat black coating over a fluorescent chartreuse base, and when a bullet punches through, the black flakes away to leave a bright halo roughly twice the size of the hole. That glowing ring shows up clearly against the dark face, so you can call your shots from the bench without spotting scopes, binoculars, or a walk to the target frame.
