The No. 5.5 contour is the same profile Bergara runs on the HMR Pro, thick enough to hold zero through longer strings but not so heavy that a hunting build becomes a chore to carry. The muzzle comes threaded 5/8×24, so your brake or suppressor spins right on.
The action itself is machined in the USA from 416 stainless and loaded with features builders look for: a spiral-fluted bolt body, enlarged bolt handle for positive cycling with gloves or under recoil, dual ejectors for consistent ejection, and a sliding plate extractor that grabs magnum brass with authority. Yes, the muzzle comes threaded in the common 5/8×24 pattern, so most .30 caliber brakes and suppressors will thread right on. With .300 Win Mag recoil, a good brake or can makes a noticeable difference behind the rifle.
The 1:10 twist is the standard for .300 Win Mag and stabilizes just about everything the cartridge is known for, from 150 grain hunting loads up through 200 grain plus match bullets. That flexibility is why this chambering works equally well for elk country and long-range steel. The full 26 inch tube also wrings out the velocity the cartridge was designed to deliver.
