No, this 20 gauge model has a 3-inch chamber. It will run both 2 3/4-inch and 3-inch shells, which covers the full range of modern 20 gauge waterfowl and field loads. The 3.5-inch chambering is only found on the 12 gauge versions of the A400 Xtreme Plus.
It ships with five extended Optima-Choke HP tubes: Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder. That set covers everything from close decoy work to long passing shots. The Optima-Choke HP pattern is common, so aftermarket and specialty tubes from Beretta and other makers are easy to find.
With modern loads, absolutely. Today's bismuth, tungsten-based, and premium steel offerings have made the 20 gauge a legitimate waterfowl performer, and the Steelium Plus barrel on this gun patterns those loads well.
