Both receivers are forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a MIL-A-8625F Type III hard coat anodized finish, and the flat top upper features M4 feed ramps for consistent feeding with any bullet profile you run through it.

A 1:7 twist is the military standard and one of the most versatile options in 5.56. It stabilizes heavier bullets in the 62 to 77 grain range very well and still shoots common 55 grain loads just fine. The chamber accepts both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington, so you have plenty of flexibility at the ammo counter.
