The BCMGUNFIGHTER 1 Inch Light Mount Mod 0 takes the guesswork out of adding a weapon light to your M-LOK build. It's a straightforward ring-style clamp machined for 1-inch round-body lights, and it's built by Bravo Company, a name folks trust when they want parts that hold up. The mount clamps directly to any M-LOK slot and positions your light at the upper 45-degree rail location, which is the sweet spot for keeping the beam clear of your barrel and out of your line of sight.
This one is set up for the 1:30 or 10:30 o'clock positions, so you can run it on the left or right side depending on which hand you like to work the light with. A lot of people drop it at 10 o'clock so they can hit the tailcap with a thumb without breaking their grip. Because it's fully ambidextrous, lefties and righties both get a comfortable setup. The offset placement also helps keep the light body from throwing a shadow across whatever you're pointing it at.
BCM machined this from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished it with a hard-coat anodize that shrugs off moisture, dirt, and general abuse. The whole thing is intentionally low-profile and rounded off so it won't catch on a sling, a bag, or the edge of a truck door. Weight is barely there, right around an ounce, so you're not upsetting the balance of the rifle just to add a light. It fits the majority of popular 1-inch round-body lights, including a lot of the Streamlight ProTac and Surefire tube-style setups people already have on the shelf.
Installation is quick. You drop the mount into your M-LOK slot, snug the mounting screws, then loosen the clamping ring, slide your light in, and torque it down. BCM includes the T15 Torx driver you need, and a dab of blue threadlocker on the set screws is a smart move once you have everything positioned the way you like it.
It's designed for 1-inch round-body tactical lights, which covers a big chunk of the popular tube-style options out there. People commonly run Streamlight ProTac models and Surefire tube lights in it with good results. As long as your light has a straight 1-inch body, it should clamp up fine.

Not at all. It clamps to any standard M-LOK slot, so it works on M-LOK handguards from BCM, Magpul, Geissele, Midwest Industries, and others. If your rail has M-LOK slots, this mount will attach to it.
A T15 Torx driver handles the job, and BCM includes one in the box. You'll snug the mounting screws to the rail first, then clamp the light in the ring. It's a good idea to add a little blue threadlocker to the set screws once you have the light positioned where you want it.
