The B5 Systems Sierra K in Olive Drab Green is one of those parts that solves a real problem for anyone running a short setup. When you're building a PDW or a compact carbine, most full-size stocks leave you fighting the extra length. The Sierra K cuts that bulk down while still giving you a solid, repeatable shoulder pocket, so you're not trading comfort for compactness.
A lot of the smart engineering here happens where you can't see it. Internal tensioners keep the stock snug on the tube so there's no wobble or rattle when you're moving, and the anti-slip buttpad grips your shoulder to help hold your position. The adjustment lever sits low and stays out of the way, so it won't catch on gear, slings, or the edge of a bag when you're pulling the rifle out. Color-matched steel hardware and mil-spec finishes round it out, which is the kind of attention to detail B5 is known for.
Sling flexibility is a big one. You get ambidextrous fixed sling loops along with limited-rotation QD sockets, so whether you run a two-point setup or clip in a single-point, both sides are covered. That slim cheek profile also means your face sits lower and more naturally behind the optic, which helps with a faster, more consistent sight picture.
This stock is designed to mount on a shortened compact Mil-Spec receiver extension, and B5 offers a dedicated Sierra K Receiver Extension Kit sold separately to get you the absolute shortest collapsed length. It will fit a standard-length Mil-Spec buffer tube too, though on a full-length tube it won't collapse all the way down. If squeezing out every bit of compactness matters to your build, pairing it with the matching extension kit is the way to go.
Made in the USA and backed by B5's reputation for durable, no-nonsense furniture, the Sierra K in ODG is a clean upgrade for anyone chasing a tighter, more streamlined package.
No, this listing is for the Sierra K stock only. To get the shortest possible collapsed length, you'll want to pair it with the B5 Systems Sierra K Receiver Extension Kit, which is sold separately. The stock will still mount on a standard Mil-Spec buffer tube if you already have one.
Yes, it's compatible with a standard-length Mil-Spec receiver extension. Keep in mind that on a full-length tube it won't collapse all the way down. For maximum compactness on a PDW or short build, the dedicated Sierra K extension kit is the better match.
It's set up for versatile carry with ambidextrous fixed sling loops plus limited-rotation QD sockets. That means you can run a two-point or single-point sling and mount it on either side. It's a nice touch for both right and left-handed users.
That's exactly what it was designed for. The reduced overall size and slim cheek profile keep your setup tight without giving up a solid shoulder weld. The internal tensioners keep it rattle-free and the anti-slip buttpad helps you hold position under recoil.
