The GSG 1911 in .22 LR is one of the best deals going in rimfire pistols, but there is one quirk that trips up new owners: the factory barrel wears metric M9x0.75 threads instead of the 1/2×28 pattern that nearly every American rimfire suppressor uses. This adapter from American Tactical, model GER4110112, solves that problem in about ten seconds. One end spins onto the metric muzzle threads of your pistol, and the other end gives you clean, standard 1/2×28 threads ready to accept your suppressor, flash hider, compensator, or thread-on muzzle accessory.
