The mag release is one of the few weak spots on an otherwise excellent CZ P-10C. The factory button can feel stiff, and push it too hard and it'll relock the magazine right back in the grip. Apex went a different direction with this part, using a unidirectional design instead of the true ambidextrous factory setup, and that's the change that quietly solves the problem. It's a straight bolt-on swap for the factory release that makes dumping a loaded mag noticeably easier.
This one is machined from bar-stock steel, fully heat-treated, and finished in black Melonite for solid corrosion resistance and a look that matches the pistol. The face wears a 30 lines-per-inch checkering pattern, so your thumb finds it and stays put even with sweaty hands or gloves. It runs in the tactical length, sitting +0.080 inches longer than the stock release, which gives you a touch more real estate and leverage without turning into a snag hazard on the draw.
