This 18 inch integrally suppressed barrel is precision ported along its length, bleeding off gas as the bullet travels down the bore so standard velocity .22 LR exits the muzzle at subsonic speed. The result is a shot that sounds like you loaded up on premium subsonics, using the bulk ammo you already have on the shelf.
This version of the Vanquish 22 is made specifically as a drop-in replacement for the Ruger Precision Rimfire, so you keep the bolt gun ergonomics you bought the rifle for and gain serious sound suppression without hanging a can off the muzzle. The 416R stainless steel barrel wears a 6061 aluminum shroud finished in black Cerakote, and the Bentz match chamber with precision rifling keeps groups tight enough to do the Precision name justice. One thing worth knowing: the tighter Bentz chamber will not accept CCI Stinger hyper-velocity rounds because of their longer case, but it feeds standard and subsonic loads without complaint.
Anybody who has cleaned a rimfire suppressor knows how filthy .22 LR runs. The Vanquish 22 uses a patented zero-baffle design, so there is no baffle stack to trap lead and carbon. Maintenance is about as simple as it gets. Run a bore snake or a patch through it like any other barrel and get back to shooting. No disassembly, no soaking, and since there are no baffles, a baffle strike is physically impossible. It also kills the first round pop that plagues traditional cans.

Pretty much like a regular barrel, which is a big deal for suppressed rimfire. The zero-baffle design means there is no baffle stack trapping lead and carbon, so you just run a bore snake or a rod with a patch through the bore and wipe down the exterior. No disassembly or soaking sessions required.
The Bentz match chamber is cut tighter than a factory sporter chamber, and CCI Stinger hyper-velocity rounds use a longer case that will not chamber properly. Standard velocity, subsonic, and most high velocity .22 LR loads with a normal case length all feed fine. For the quietest shots, stick with standard velocity or subsonic rounds.
