This is a full-size .45 caliber can built from Grade 5 titanium with 17-4 H900 stainless steel in the blast chamber and blast baffles, the two spots that take the worst abuse from muzzle pressure and heat. The result is a suppressor that handles magnum rifle cartridges in the 4,000 to 6,000 foot-pound range while weighing in at roughly 11 ounces with the direct thread adapter installed.
Inside, the 45L runs ANECHOIC's X-Baffle Anechoic Chamber System with an interrupted central tube, a design aimed at knocking down both sound and felt recoil on high-pressure rounds. The outside gets a Cerakote C Series high-temperature ceramic finish in black, so it shrugs off heat cycles and rough handling in the field. With a maximum bullet diameter of .458 inches, it covers an impressive spread of hosts: .45 ACP handguns, .44 Mag and .454 Casull revolvers and carbines, .450 Bushmaster, 45-70, and full-power magnums up to .458 Win Mag. It is also user serviceable, so you can break it down for cleaning after a heavy range weekend.

The can ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread adapter installed, and the 1-3/8×24 rear thread accepts industry standard HUB mounts, pistons, boosters, Nielsen devices, tri-lug adapters, and quick-detach systems. That means one tax stamp can realistically cover your big-bore hunting rifle, your lever gun, and your .45 pistol with the right mount for each. For a do-it-all large caliber suppressor that stays light on the muzzle, the 45L is tough to beat.

Yes, but like most pistol setups with a tilting barrel, you will want a piston or Nielsen device to keep the gun cycling reliably. The 45L's 1-3/8×24 rear thread accepts industry standard pistons and boosters, so finding one for your host is easy. Fixed-barrel hosts like revolvers and carbines can run it direct threaded.
It ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread adapter already installed, which covers most big-bore rifles right out of the box. The rear 1-3/8×24 interface also accepts HUB mounts, tri-lug adapters, quick-detach systems, pistons, and Nielsen devices. That gives you a lot of freedom to move one can between very different firearms.
It is. The 45L can be disassembled for cleaning, which matters if you plan on shooting dirtier pistol calibers like .45 ACP through it. Being able to knock the carbon out yourself keeps performance consistent over the long haul without sending it back to the factory.
