The KT6132 is a straightforward red tube laser built for pistols with a rail under the barrel. It mounts on any standard picatinny rail and gives you two ways to fire it—traditional on/off switch or a pressure pad that activates when you grip the pistol normally. Either way, you get the same bright 632nm laser dialed in with a four-point alignment system so zeroing it is quick and painless.
This laser is made from 6061 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a hardened matte black anodized finish that resists corrosion and handles abuse. At just 1.25 ounces, it won't add noticeable weight to your pistol. The casing and electronics are shock-resistant, designed to handle the demands of range work or carry situations without falling out of zero.
You can operate this laser two ways: flip the slide switch on and off, or use the included pressure pad that activates when you draw the pistol. That flexibility means you pick what works best for your situation. The laser sits on easily accessible adjustment points so zeroing windage and elevation takes just a few minutes. No tools required beyond what's included.
Three LR44 batteries power the unit and give you a solid five hours of continuous runtime before needing a swap. The batteries are common and inexpensive, so you're never stuck waiting for special hardware. At its 5mW output and 632nm wavelength, the dot shows up clearly in most lighting conditions, though green lasers will outshine it in bright daylight if that's your main environment.
The KT6132 mounts on any pistol with a standard picatinny rail under the barrel. It's compatible with most mid-size and full-size pistols that have underbarrel rail real estate. Compact pistols with shorter rails may work depending on available space. Check that your pistol's rail is long enough to accommodate the laser's footprint before ordering.
You get about five hours of continuous runtime from a fresh set of three LR44 batteries. If you use the pressure pad activation instead of leaving it on constantly, runtime stretches much longer since the laser only fires when you're actually using it. LR44 batteries are inexpensive and widely available, so replacing them is straightforward when needed.
Yes. The KT6132 has a four-point alignment system with easy-access adjustment points for windage and elevation. You can dial it in at the range without special tools. Start at 20 yards, fire a few shots to see where the dot hits relative to your bullet holes, then make small adjustments until they match up.
The 632nm red laser works well in indoor ranges and low-light conditions. In bright outdoor daylight, the dot becomes harder to see compared to green lasers, which are roughly 50 to 70 times brighter at the same power output. If you primarily shoot in daylight, a green laser sight would be the better choice.
