The 1911 platform has been around for over a century, and the AF1911 Romulus Compact is what happens when you take that legendary ergonomic foundation and build it for the modern era. Alpha Foxtrot designed this one around a 3.5" bull-ramped, compensated, and threaded barrel machined from 416R stainless steel with a 1:10 right-hand twist and 6-groove button rifling. The pressed compensator helps flatten muzzle rise, and since the barrel is also threaded, you have the option to run a suppressor or swap to a different muzzle device down the road.
The frame and slide are both SUS416 stainless steel wrapped in a polished black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish, which gives it that clean, slick look while also adding genuine durability and corrosion resistance. The slide is optic-ready with a rear MOS adapter cut that accepts both RMSC and RMR footprint optics, with an RMSC plate pre-installed and an RMR plate included so you can mount your preferred micro red dot right out of the box.
