The Advanced Tech Shotforce G2 is ATI's second-generation take on their popular pistol grip shotgun stock, and it's built to bring a modern, adjustable feel to the pump 12 gauge you already own. Molded from glass-reinforced polymer and finished in Urban Combat Grey, it shrugs off weather, chemicals, and temperature swings without going brittle or gummy. The whole point here is fit and comfort, and this one delivers on both without asking you to break out a gunsmith's toolbox.
The headline upgrade on the G2 is the TracLOCK system built into the six-position TactLite stock. It locks the stock down on the buffer tube and takes out the horizontal and vertical wobble you get from cheaper collapsible setups, so there's no secondary lock to fuss with and no rattle when you shoulder the gun. Length of pull runs from 12 1/8 inches out to 15 inches, which covers just about everyone from a smaller-framed user to a big guy in a heavy coat. Dual-sided QD sling points are molded in, so lefties and righties can run a sling however they like.
The X1 recoil-reducing buttpad is the piece your shoulder will thank you for. It absorbs a good chunk of the felt kick and helps tame muzzle lift, which makes a real difference when you're running heavier buckshot or slug loads for a long session. The pistol grip gives you a controlled, natural hold, and the snag-free profile means nothing catches on the way up.
