The Action Target Bulls-Eye B-16 is the target most bullseye pistol shooters cut their teeth on. It follows the official NRA layout for 25-yard slow fire, with a single black center and clearly printed 7, 8, 9, and 10 scoring rings. The sheet measures 10.5 by 12 inches with a 5 5/16 inch black bull, so the aiming point reads clean against your front sight and shot holes are easy to spot and score from the line.
This is a heavy tagboard paper target, which matters more than it sounds. The stiffer stock holds up better on a backer, resists curling in wind, and gives you sharp, tearing shot holes instead of the fuzzy blowouts you get with thin printer-weight paper. That clean edge makes calling a 9 versus a 10 a whole lot less of an argument. It hangs well on a standard cardboard backer or a wire target holder and takes staples without shredding.
If you shoot conventional pistol, this is the target you score against, so training on the real thing beats practicing on a generic bull.
