Wilson 7mm Seater Die Blank (CB-70) is an unchambered chamber-type seater body that your gunsmith reams to match your rifle, usually with the same reamer that cut your barrel chamber. The bore hole comes finished and the blank is intentionally left long so it can be cut to the correct length for your cartridge, and a pilot hole is already drilled through to the finished bore. That means the fussy, high-tolerance work is done at the factory and your smith just runs the reamer in.
Wilson has been building precision reloading tools since 1927, and the chamber-type design is a longtime favorite with benchrest and long-range crowds for good reason. Instead of relying on sliding collars or threads, the die captures both the case and bullet and holds them in perfect alignment while the bullet is pressed straight into the neck.
