It's machined from bar stock 416R stainless steel, triple heat treated to around 40 Rockwell C, and finished with Nowlin's electro-discharge cathode machining (ECM) rifling. This is a Wilson/Nowlin style ramped barrel, meaning the feed ramp is integral to the barrel rather than the frame. The big payoff is case head support.
