Description
The Arsenal AR-M14SFT is the semi-auto civilian version of Arsenal's Military Special Ops AR-M14SF TACT, built in Bulgaria on a genuine milled receiver and chambered in the ever-popular 7.62×39. You get the reliability and hard-hitting ballistics of the AK platform shrunk down into a short-barreled rifle that's easy to maneuver in tight spaces, out of a vehicle, or anywhere a full-length rifle just gets in the way. The 8.5-inch chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel wears 24×1.5mm right-hand threads under a muzzle nut, so the included four-piece flash hider has a home right out of the box.
What Sets the AR-M14SFT Apart
The heart of this rifle is Arsenal's milled receiver, cut from a hot-die hammer-forged blank. That forging process produces stronger, finer-grained steel and eliminates the internal voids you can get from cast or stamped builds. It takes hours of milling per receiver, but the payoff is a rock-solid foundation that holds zero and takes abuse. Finishing things out are polymer ribbed handguards with a stainless steel heatshield, a front sight and gas block combination, a short gas system, an ambidextrous safety, and a scope rail for mounting optics.
The Folding Stock on the AR-M14SFT
This one uses Arsenal's newer CNC-machined, hard-anodized aluminum tactical side-folding stock rather than the older steel tube design. It's lighter, stronger, and folds to the right, which keeps a rail-mounted optic in place even when the stock is tucked away. A machined cheek weld groove gives you a better face fit, and non-rotating QD points keep your sling from tangling. The ambidextrous safety can still be worked with the stock folded, which is a nice touch for a compact platform like this.
Dressed in OD Green
This configuration comes finished in Olive Drab Green furniture, giving it a clean field-ready look that stands apart from the standard black builds. It's the same proven mechanicals underneath, just with some character up top. Weighing in around 6.7 pounds without a magazine, it stays light enough to handle all day while delivering the thump 7.62×39 is known for.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Arsenal AR-M14SFT have a milled or stamped receiver?
It's a true milled receiver, cut from a hot-die hammer-forged blank made by Arsenal in Bulgaria. The forging process produces stronger, finer-grained steel and removes the internal voids that can show up in other builds. This is the same receiver foundation Arsenal uses on its higher-end rifles.
Which way does the stock fold on the AR-M14SFT?
The stock folds to the right side of the rifle. That design keeps any rail-mounted optic in place even when the stock is folded, which isn't possible with left-side folding models. It's Arsenal's CNC-machined, hard-anodized aluminum tactical stock with a cheek weld groove and non-rotating QD points.
Is the barrel on the AR-M14SFT threaded?
Yes, the 8.5-inch chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel is threaded 24×1.5mm right-hand under a muzzle nut. This SKU ships with a Cerakoted four-piece flash hider that threads right on. That same threading opens the door to other AK-pattern 24×1.5mm muzzle devices.
What magazines come with the AR-M14SFT?
This OD Green package includes one 30-round M-47W Circle 10 magazine and one 10-round magazine. The M-47W is Arsenal's proven polymer AK magazine. Standard 7.62×39 AK-pattern magazines will also run in this rifle.
